Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as an early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees.

Scientists employed by academic, research or scientific organizations, non-academic / industry delegates
Access to content on the virtual platform (access to lectures including access to the lecture videos on request, access to communication rooms, access to abstract book, poster sessions and poster content on request, access to vendors channels and presentations and communication channels).
2. Student
Conformation of student status has to be sent in pdf format during the process of registration to office@euromar2021.org
Access to content on the virtual platform (access to lectures including access to the lecture videos on request, access to communication rooms, access to abstract book, poster sessions and poster content on request, access to vendors channels and presentations and communication channels).
Students who want to apply for poster/promoted talk have to be registered (Group registration does not allow application).
3. Group registration:
Limited to 10 person with limited access to the conference program.
Access to content, not intendent for active participation on the virtual platform (access to lecture videos which will be broadcasted according to the conference program).
Group registration has NO access to the videos on request, poster sessions, abstract book, vendors and communication channels.
Payment methods
Payment can be made in Euro by credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or by bank transfer. Please mention the name of the congress participant on the bank transfer. The organizers will not absorb bank charges. Payment must be made before the stated deadline that applies to your application.
Payment via Bank Transfer
All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Participant’s Name/Last Name and Congress Name (as EUROMAR2021) must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer. Copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to registrations@euromar2021.org

Visa or Mastercard are accepted for credit card payments, which can be made online during the registration process. Confirmation of your credit card payment, along with registration confirmation, will be made available immediately after payment by an on-screen message and via an email. If you do not receive such a confirmation, nor a payment failure notice, please contact the registrations@euromar2021.org
Invoice
The invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (invoice details) and send to your email.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be noted by email to registrations@euromar2021.org and will be pursued by the following conditions:
Up to May 15th: 50 EUR will be withheld for administrative fee
After May 16th: no refund will be given.
Reimbursement will be processed AFTER the conference.
Change on the bookable item (invoice, ext.) will be charged of 20 EUR.
Cancellation of EUROMAR 2021
The organizers have converted EUROMAR 2021to an online event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Congress organizers reserve the right to modify the Conference programme, which is published as an preliminary only.
If the virtual Conference is cancelled we will refund you the registration fee (less bank charges). We may cancel the whole Conference as a result of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) pandemic, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, or fire. We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to disruption caused by COVID-19. Where possible, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any such cancellation.
Disclaimer
Because the event is hosted virtually, the EUROMAR 2021 organizers do not guarantee that the event hosting site and its related software, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. The Organizers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the event hosting site and its related software. The Organizers do not guarantee that the event hosting site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and you are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the event hosting site.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by APMERE, EUROMAR, EN-FIST CO, MBZ, these parties shall not be responsible for any bodily injury, illness, death or property damages (including theft) sustained by participants during the Conference.

Governing Law
Any dispute resulting from the above terms and conditions will be subject to Slovenia’s law, and by accepting these terms you are submitting yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
